Refunds + Returns

Refund + Return reasons include 

  • Your product was damaged upon its arrival
  • You are simply unhappy with the product
  • You would like to exchange your product for a different size

Before sending your package back to our warehouse, please send an email to lifeinspiredshop@gmail.com with the subject line : "Return (your order #)" and we will respond within 24 hours with a solution. If you provided the wrong address or wish to cancel an order please contact us as well. We promise to offer you exceptional customer service and will make sure that you are taken care urgently.


If it has been 30 days since your package was delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return as this is outside of our return policy.

To become eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. Worn, washed, altered merchandise cannot be returned.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email to notify you of next steps. If you are approved for a refund we will credit the original method of payment. You should receive the funds within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive this payment, please kindly contact your card company or bank.  If this issue is still not resolved, please contact us.
